Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined and form into 4 patties.
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
- Toast the burger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
