Description

Garlic Butter Beef Bites are tender, flavorful pieces of beef cooked slowly in a rich garlic butter sauce, perfect for a comforting meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs beef chuck, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, add the beef chuck pieces.
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat and add the minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, and salt into the melted butter and garlic.
  4. Pour the garlic butter mixture over the beef in the slow cooker.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the beef is tender.
  6. Once cooked, garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
