- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, add the beef chuck pieces.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat and add the minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
- Stir in the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, and salt into the melted butter and garlic.
- Pour the garlic butter mixture over the beef in the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the beef is tender.
- Once cooked, garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
