Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, mix melted butter and granulated sugar until well combined.
- Add in the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
- In a separate bowl, combine brown sugar, peanut butter, and egg. Mix until smooth.
- Stir in baking soda and flour until just combined, then fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan, followed by spoonfuls of the cookie dough on top.
- Use a knife to swirl the two batters together gently.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Allow to cool before cutting into squares and serving.
Notes
- For extra fudginess, do not overbake.
