  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix melted butter and granulated sugar until well combined.
  3. Add in the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
  6. In a separate bowl, combine brown sugar, peanut butter, and egg. Mix until smooth.
  7. Stir in baking soda and flour until just combined, then fold in chocolate chips.
  8. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan, followed by spoonfuls of the cookie dough on top.
  9. Use a knife to swirl the two batters together gently.
