A simple and delicious fudge recipe that you can make at home with just a few ingredients.

- 2 cups of granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1/4 cup of butter
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa powder, and milk.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- Once boiling, let it cook for 5 minutes without stirring.
- Remove from heat and stir in butter and vanilla extract until smooth.
- If using, fold in chopped nuts.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 8×8 inch pan and let it cool completely.
- Once cooled, cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- Make sure to stir constantly while bringing the mixture to a boil to prevent burning.
- For a creamier texture, you can add a splash of heavy cream before pouring into the pan.
- Store fudge in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
