Description

Frankenstein Sliders are fun and spooky mini burgers perfect for Halloween parties or themed gatherings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 slider buns
  • 8 slices of cheese (preferably green or yellow)
  • Olives for eyes
  • Ketchup for decoration

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form the mixture into small patties.
  3. Cook the patties on a grill or skillet over medium heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side.
  4. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheese on each patty to melt.
  5. Assemble the sliders by placing each patty on a slider bun.
  6. Use olives to create eyes on the sliders.
  7. Decorate with ketchup to add spooky features.
