Description

Eyeball Spaghetti is a fun and spooky dish perfect for Halloween night, featuring spaghetti topped with meatballs that resemble eyeballs.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 jar marinara sauce
  • 1 can black olives
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs, placing a slice of black olive in the center of each to create an ‘eyeball’ effect.
