Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 eggs

  • 1 cup mini marshmallows (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the mashed sweet potatoes, brown sugar, milk, melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  4. Pour the sweet potato mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. If desired, sprinkle mini marshmallows on top.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until heated through and marshmallows are golden brown.
