- 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 1 box of stuffing mix
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded rotisserie chicken, stuffing mix, chicken broth, frozen mixed vegetables, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

- Feel free to add your favorite vegetables or spices to customize the dish.
- This casserole can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
