- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken and cook until browned.
- Stir in garlic and cook for another minute.
- Add orzo, chicken broth, balsamic vinegar, cherry tomatoes, and spinach.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until orzo is cooked and liquid is absorbed.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
