Description

A quick and delicious one-pan meal featuring balsamic chicken, orzo, and a variety of vegetables, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup orzo pasta
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add diced chicken and cook until browned.

  4. Add orzo, chicken broth, balsamic vinegar, cherry tomatoes, and spinach.
