Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with liners.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add the vegetable oil, vanilla extract, white vinegar, and water to the dry ingredients.
