- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking soda

- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with liners.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add the vegetable oil, vanilla extract, white vinegar, and water to the dry ingredients.
- Mix until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cupcake liners, filling each about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cupcakes to cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
