Easy Mango Sago is a delightful tropical dessert made with fresh mangoes, sago pearls, and coconut milk, perfect for any occasion.

- 1 cup sago pearls
- 2 ripe mangoes, diced
- 1 can (400ml) coconut milk
- 1/2 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 cup water
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Rinse the sago pearls under cold water until the water runs clear.
- In a pot, bring water to a boil and add the sago pearls. Cook for about 10-15 minutes until translucent.
- Drain the sago and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.
- In a separate pot, combine coconut milk, sugar, and a pinch of salt. Heat gently until the sugar dissolves.
- Mix the cooked sago pearls into the coconut milk mixture.
- Allow the mixture to cool, then fold in the diced mangoes.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Serve chilled and enjoy your tropical delight!
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use fresh coconut milk.
- Adjust the sweetness according to your preference.
- Garnish with additional mango or mint leaves for presentation.
