Ingredients

  • 1 cup cauliflower rice
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked.
  3. Add the onions and garlic to the skillet and sauté until softened.
  4. Stir in the cauliflower rice, diced tomatoes, heavy cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
