Instructions
- Place the sliced chicken, bell pepper, and onion in the crockpot.
- Sprinkle the fajita seasoning over the top.
- Pour the chicken broth into the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and mix everything together.
