Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the bottom of the pie crust.
- Arrange the sliced peaches on top of the cream cheese layer.
- Sprinkle cinnamon over the peaches.
- Drizzle peach preserves over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the peaches are tender.
- Allow to cool before serving.
