- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp shawarma spice blend
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup tahini sauce
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the sliced chicken, olive oil, shawarma spice blend, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat the chicken.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes until fully cooked.
- While the chicken is cooking, prepare the rice and chop the vegetables.
- Once the chicken is cooked, assemble the bowls by placing rice at the bottom, followed by the chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and parsley.
- Drizzle with tahini sauce before serving.
