Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp shawarma spice blend
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup tahini sauce

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the sliced chicken, olive oil, shawarma spice blend, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat the chicken.
