- 2 pounds beef stew meat
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup sour cream
- 8 ounces egg noodles
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the beef stew meat, chopped onion, minced garlic, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper in the crockpot.
- Stir to combine all ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, cook the egg noodles according to package instructions.
- Once the beef is tender, stir in the sour cream until well combined.
- Serve the beef stroganoff over the cooked egg noodles.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, you can add mushrooms to the recipe.
