- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 package refrigerated pie crusts (2 crusts)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a crockpot, combine the shredded chicken, frozen vegetables, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, onion powder, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Stir the mixture until well combined.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, roll out the pie crusts and place one on top of the chicken mixture in the crockpot.
- Cover and continue cooking until the crust is golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy your comforting meal!
