- 350ml water
- 10g salt

- 50g sugar
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the bread flour, cocoa powder, and sugar together.
- Add the sourdough starter and water, and mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth.
- Incorporate the salt and chocolate chips into the dough.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place for 4-6 hours or until doubled in size.
- Shape the dough into a loaf and place it in a greased loaf pan.
- Allow the loaf to rise for another 2-3 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Bake the bread for 30-35 minutes or until the crust is firm and the bread sounds hollow when tapped.
- Let the bread cool before slicing.

- For a richer flavor, use high-quality dark chocolate.
