- 1 cup cold brew coffee
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice.
- Whip the mixture until it forms soft peaks.
- Pour cold brew coffee into a glass.
- Top the cold brew with the pumpkin cream mixture.
- Sprinkle additional pumpkin pie spice on top for garnish.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup.
- For a dairy-free version, substitute heavy cream with coconut cream.
