- 1/2 cup olive brine
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup pitted olives, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sautรฉ garlic until fragrant.
- Add the chopped olives and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Pour in the olive brine and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
- Mix in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve immediately.
