- 1 large onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cans (15 oz each) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons chili powder

- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.
- Add ground beef, cook until browned.
- Stir in chili powder, cumin, cayenne pepper, and paprika.
- Add crushed tomatoes, kidney beans, and beef broth.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for at least 30 minutes.
