Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast, letting it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add melted butter, sugar, vanilla, and salt to the yeast mixture.
  3. Gradually mix in flour until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  5. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  6. Roll out the dough and spread a mixture of cinnamon and sugar on top.
  7. Roll the dough tightly and cut into slices.
  8. Place the rolls in a greased baking dish and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
  9. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Mix powdered sugar with cream cheese and food coloring to create a spooky icing.
