- 8 oz rotini pasta
- 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
- 1/2 cup pesto sauce
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup croutons
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, diced chicken, pesto sauce, and Caesar dressing.
- Add the cherry tomatoes and mix well.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and croutons.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add more vegetables like bell peppers or cucumbers for extra crunch.
- This salad can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
