Description

A fun and creative twist on traditional pizza, these pepperoni pizza pumpkins are perfect for fall feasts and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 small pumpkin
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Olive oil for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the top off the pumpkin and scoop out the seeds and pulp.
  3. Brush the inside of the pumpkin with olive oil.
  4. Spread pizza sauce evenly inside the pumpkin.
  5. Layer mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and Parmesan cheese inside the pumpkin.
  6. Sprinkle Italian seasoning on top.
  7. Place the pumpkin on a baking sheet and bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the pumpkin is tender.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
