- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground turkey over medium heat until fully cooked.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes, chicken broth, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then add the orzo pasta.
- Reduce heat and simmer for about 10-12 minutes, or until the orzo is tender.
- Stir in the chopped spinach and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
