Description

A delightful breakfast quesadilla filled with sweet blueberries and creamy cheese, perfect for a sweet morning treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Butter for cooking

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, honey, and cinnamon until well combined.
  2. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on one side of each tortilla.
  3. Sprinkle fresh blueberries over the cream cheese on one tortilla.
  4. Top with the second tortilla, cream cheese side down.

  6. Cook the quesadilla for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
