- 1/2 cup brown sugar

- 2 large eggs

- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- Sea salt for sprinkling
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together cocoa powder, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until well combined.
- Add melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, salt, and baking powder, then fold into the chocolate mixture until just combined.
- Chill the dough in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Using a cookie scoop, drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top of each cookie.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set but the centers are still soft.
- Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
