- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 4 large tortillas
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place a tortilla on a flat surface and add a portion of the chicken mixture in the center.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll it up tightly.
- Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
- Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
- Dip each wrap first in flour, then in the egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and place the wraps in a single layer.
- Spray the tops of the wraps with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add your favorite spices to the chicken mixture.
- Serve with dipping sauces like ranch or marinara.
- These wraps can be made ahead of time and frozen for later use.
