Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna is a simple and delicious comfort food that combines layers of ravioli, cheese, and marinara sauce, all cooked to perfection in a slow cooker.

- 1 package of frozen cheese ravioli (about 25 oz)
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of the crockpot.
- Layer half of the frozen ravioli over the sauce.
- Spread half of the ricotta mixture over the ravioli.
- Sprinkle one cup of mozzarella cheese on top.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients, finishing with marinara sauce and the rest of the mozzarella cheese on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until the ravioli is tender and the cheese is melted.
- Let it sit for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms for extra nutrition.
- For a meatier version, add cooked ground beef or sausage between the layers.
- Make sure to use a slow cooker that is large enough to accommodate all the layers.
