Description

Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna is a simple and delicious comfort food that combines layers of ravioli, cheese, and marinara sauce, all cooked to perfection in a slow cooker.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of frozen cheese ravioli (about 25 oz)
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of the crockpot.
  3. Layer half of the frozen ravioli over the sauce.
  4. Spread half of the ricotta mixture over the ravioli.
  5. Sprinkle one cup of mozzarella cheese on top.
  6. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients, finishing with marinara sauce and the rest of the mozzarella cheese on top.
  7. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until the ravioli is tender and the cheese is melted.
  8. Let it sit for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms for extra nutrition.
  • For a meatier version, add cooked ground beef or sausage between the layers.
  • Make sure to use a slow cooker that is large enough to accommodate all the layers.
