- 4 tostada shells
- 2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 1 cup refried beans
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 1 avocado, sliced
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the tostada shells on a baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes until crispy.
- In a small saucepan, heat the refried beans over medium heat until warm.
- Spread a layer of refried beans on each tostada shell.
- Top with shredded rotisserie chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese.
- Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
- Remove from the oven and add a dollop of sour cream and salsa on top.
- Garnish with avocado slices and fresh cilantro.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
