  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup refried beans
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the tostada shells on a baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes until crispy.
