Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).
- In a shallow dish, combine the Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.
- In another dish, beat the eggs.
- In a third dish, place the flour.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in the beaten eggs, and then coat with the Parmesan and breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the chicken breasts for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sautรฉ until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream and simmer until thickened, then season with salt and pepper.
- Serve the crispy chicken topped with garlic cream sauce.
