Description

Crispy Parmesan Chicken with Garlic Cream Sauce is a delicious and indulgent dish featuring tender chicken breasts coated in a crispy Parmesan crust, served with a rich and creamy garlic sauce.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).
  2. In a shallow dish, combine the Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.
  3. In another dish, beat the eggs.
  4. In a third dish, place the flour.
  5. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  6. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in the beaten eggs, and then coat with the Parmesan and breadcrumb mixture.
  7. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  8. Cook the chicken breasts for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  9. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
  10. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sautรฉ until fragrant.
  11. Add heavy cream and simmer until thickened, then season with salt and pepper.
  12. Serve the crispy chicken topped with garlic cream sauce.
