Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into thin strips.
- In a large bowl, toss the potato strips with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Place the seasoned fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
- Once golden and crispy, remove the fries and serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak the cut potatoes in water for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Adjust seasoning to taste based on preference.
