- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Black food coloring (optional)
- Buttercream frosting (keto-friendly)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake tin with liners.
- In a bowl, mix together almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs, almond milk, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until well mixed. Add black food coloring if desired.
- Pour the batter into the cupcake liners, filling them about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cupcakes cool completely before frosting.
- Frost with keto-friendly buttercream and decorate with chocolate bat decorations.
