Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
