- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet.
- Cook the chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the ranch seasoning mix, heavy cream, and chicken broth. Stir to combine.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer, then return the chicken to the skillet.
- Cook for an additional 5 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
