Description

A comforting and creamy potato soup recipe inspired by the Pioneer Woman, perfect for warming your soul on a chilly day.


Ingredients

  • 6 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped chives for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
