- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup pepperoncini peppers, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken to the skillet and cook until browned on both sides, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in heavy cream and sliced pepperoncini peppers.
- Return chicken to the skillet and simmer for an additional 10 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
