Ingredients

  • 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Steam the cauliflower florets until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the steamed cauliflower, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Mix until well combined and creamy.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
