- 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Steam the cauliflower florets until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine the steamed cauliflower, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined and creamy.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add some cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes.
- This dish can be made ahead of time and reheated in the oven.
- Feel free to add cooked bacon or sausage for extra flavor.
