Description

Ingredients

  • 12 oz tortellini
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the diced chicken. Season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add broccoli florets to the skillet and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until tender.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in the grated parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
  7. Add the cooked tortellini to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
  8. Serve warm, garnished with additional parmesan if desired.
