Description

Delicious breakfast sliders filled with bacon, egg, and cheese, perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 slider buns
  • 12 slices of bacon
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy, then remove and drain on paper towels.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. In the same skillet, scramble the eggs until fully cooked.
  5. Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a greased baking dish.
  6. Layer the cooked bacon, scrambled eggs, and shredded cheese on the bottom halves of the buns.
  7. Place the top halves of the buns on and brush with melted butter.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden brown.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!
