Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound breakfast sausage
  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 6 cups cubed bread

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the breakfast sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Add the cooked sausage, cubed bread, and shredded cheese to the egg mixture. Stir until well combined.
