Description

A warm and comforting ravioli lasagna perfect for fall, ready in just 40 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of refrigerated ravioli (about 9 ounces)
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a baking dish, spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom.
  3. Layer half of the ravioli over the sauce.
  4. Spread half of the ricotta cheese over the ravioli.
  5. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese and half of the Parmesan cheese on top.
  6. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients, finishing with a layer of marinara sauce and the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Sprinkle Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper on top.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  9. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms for extra flavor.
  • This dish can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
