A warm and comforting ravioli lasagna perfect for fall, ready in just 40 minutes.
Ingredients

- 1 package of refrigerated ravioli (about 9 ounces)
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a baking dish, spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom.
- Layer half of the ravioli over the sauce.
- Spread half of the ricotta cheese over the ravioli.
- Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese and half of the Parmesan cheese on top.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients, finishing with a layer of marinara sauce and the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms for extra flavor.
- This dish can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the marinara sauce.
