Description

A delicious homemade version of the famous In-N-Out burgers, perfect for satisfying your cravings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • 1/2 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1/2 cup tomato, sliced
  • 1/4 cup pickles
  • 1/4 cup onions, diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Special sauce (ketchup, mayonnaise, and relish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Form the ground beef into 4 equal patties and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on one side, then flip them.
  4. Place a slice of cheese on each patty and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  5. Toast the hamburger buns on the grill or in a toaster.
  6. Assemble the burgers by placing the patty on the bottom bun, followed by lettuce, tomato, pickles, onions, and special sauce.
  7. Top with the other half of the bun and serve immediately.
