Description

A delicious and easy-to-make version of the famous Shrimp Scampi Linguine from the Cheesecake Factory.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz linguine pasta
  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. Pour in the white wine and chicken broth, and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in the lemon juice and parsley, and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss to combine.
  8. Serve immediately, garnished with additional parsley if desired.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes.
  • Use fresh shrimp for the best flavor.
  • Pair with a side salad for a complete meal.
