Instructions

- Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
- Chill the dough in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
- Melt the semi-sweet chocolate in a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip each cookie dough ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated.
- Place the coated truffles on a parchment-lined baking sheet and let them set in the refrigerator.
