Description

Cinnamon Roll Casserole is a delightful and easy-to-make breakfast dish that combines the flavors of cinnamon rolls with a fluffy, custard-like base, perfect for feeding a crowd.


Ingredients

  • 2 cans of refrigerated cinnamon rolls
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. Cut the cinnamon rolls into quarters and place them in the baking dish.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the cinnamon rolls, ensuring they are well coated.
  6. If using, sprinkle chopped pecans on top.
