Description

A delicious and nutritious breakfast option that combines the goodness of oats with chocolate and protein for a satisfying start to your day.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 scoops chocolate protein powder
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
  3. Add almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix well.
  4. If using, fold in dark chocolate chips.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is set and slightly firm.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
