- 1 grilled chicken breast
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves (optional)
Instructions
- Grill the chicken breast until fully cooked and slice it.
- In a bowl, mix the cherry tomatoes and blueberries.
- Spread mayonnaise and mustard on one side of each slice of bread.
- Layer the sliced chicken on one slice of bread.
- Add the cherry tomato and blueberry mixture on top of the chicken.
- Season with salt, pepper, and fresh basil leaves if desired.
- Top with the second slice of bread, cut in half, and serve.
