Description

Ingredients

  • 1 grilled chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves (optional)

Instructions

  1. Grill the chicken breast until fully cooked and slice it.
  2. In a bowl, mix the cherry tomatoes and blueberries.
  3. Spread mayonnaise and mustard on one side of each slice of bread.
  4. Layer the sliced chicken on one slice of bread.
  5. Add the cherry tomato and blueberry mixture on top of the chicken.
