Description

A delicious and savory chicken meatloaf infused with garlic and parmesan flavors, perfect for a family dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup ketchup (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, onion, eggs, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
  5. Spread ketchup on top of the meatloaf.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-55 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
