- 1 ripe mango, diced
- 1 head of lettuce (such as butter or romaine), leaves separated
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced

- 2 tbsp lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced mango, red bell pepper, green onions, and cilantro.
- Add lime juice, salt, and pepper to the mixture and toss gently to combine.
- Take a lettuce leaf and spoon a generous amount of the chicken and mango mixture into the center.
- Wrap the lettuce around the filling and enjoy!
